• To use the App, you must create an account by entering a username. The account is tied to your device ID, and a unique player tag is generated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity under it.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• The App offers in-app purchases (IAP), including subscriptions.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available for iOS users in compliance with Apple’s policies.

4. Advertisements

• The App includes both rewarded and non-rewarded advertisements.
• Rewarded ads provide benefits such as unlocking new songs, while non-rewarded ads can be disabled with a subscription.
  
  

5. Permitted Use

• You may use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the App.
• Creating or uploading user-generated content within the App is not allowed.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including but not limited to music, graphics, and code, is owned or licensed by Musicality Beats.
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
  
  

7. User Conduct

• You agree not to:
  • Use cheats, exploits, or other unauthorized tools.
  • Submit inappropriate usernames or engage in abusive behavior.
• Breach of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
  
  

8. Bugs and Early Access Disclaimer

• The App is still in early release, and some features may not work as expected.
• You can report bugs via the in-app settings, and your report will be sent directly to our support team.
  
  

9. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the App and at Musicality Beats Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Data collected includes usernames, device information, and location (for leaderboard purposes).
• Data is securely stored in Google Realtime Database.
• Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support@musicalitybeats.com.
  
  

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for:
  • Bugs or interruptions in gameplay.
  • Data loss or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
• Use the App at your own risk.
  
  

11. Updates and Changes

• We reserve the right to update the App, modify features, or change these Terms without prior notice.
• Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
  
  

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
